JOIRD is an open-access, multidisciplinary journal. All articles published by JOIRD are available online, free of charge, to the public worldwide immediately upon publication.

  • Authors: Upon publication, authors typically retain the copyright to their work, but grant JOIRD/OIRD a license to publish the work.   • Editorial Process: All submitted manuscripts are subject to JOIRD's internal editorial and peer review process. The decision to accept or reject a manuscript rests solely with the Editors and Publisher. The editorial decision is final.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

9. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
