Abstract
This research-based article highlights the significance of humanity and Islamic moral values in family life. In this context, the primary component of family life—marriage and the subsequent marital life—is analyzed, followed by an examination of the relationship between parents and children as a foundation grounded in Islamic values. Additionally, as important elements of family life, the distribution of inheritance and the expression of compassion towards widows are discussed to underscore the humanitarian guidance of Islam. To substantiate Islamic values and ethical directives, the article references the Qur’an and Hadith, illustrating their application in various aspects of family life. Through this analytical presentation of the Qur’an and Hadith, the study demonstrates the relevance and rationality of Islamic injunctions and philosophy in establishing humanistic and moral values within the family.
