The Role of Islamic Education in Fixing Social Issues

The domain of Islam lies in the word itself. Holistically Islam can be defined as being surrendered to Allah SWT in order to achieve peace. This peace is not confined to the personal spectrum. Rather it covers all segments of a society, state, and even the whole world. Islam has a holistic methodology of establishing peace from the personal level to most wide world affairs. Those who urge and strive to establish a world free from all sorts of discrimination and terror, need to have in-depth knowledge of the methodology Islam offers to do this. Gaining an adequate understanding of Islamic education is a prerequisite to providing a better Islamic environment for the people. In this article, we articulated the major issues that hinder social development, make the society full of chaos, and deprive people from getting their desired rights. Islamic solution also has been described to point out the role Islam plays a society that the peace-loving people want. The study followed the qualitative approach. Most relevant literary works were taken as sources and practical aspects of human life and the problems we face have been addressed with light of Islamic solutions have been described in this study.
